Grilled Chicken Breast Strips

This is a basic grilled breast cut into strips. I bought some pre-made at Costco but the nutrition grade was D! So I decided to make my own and pack them into 2to 3 ounce servings for my lunches or dinners. The grade here is B- now.
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. Spray whole chicken breast with non-stick spray or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray about 10 to 15 sprays.
2. Season Chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Allow to sit for about 15 minutes to absorb seasonings.
3. Grill, pan fry, or bake, until juices run clear and cooked through. Allow to rest until cooled and slice into strips.
4. Add to lunches, dinners, salads etc.
