Grilled Cheese With Pear and Arugula

This is really easy, my 9 year old can make it perfectly! The kids and adults love it, and it is a good, yet different, use for pears.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons butter, divided (maybe more)
4 slices multigrain bread
4 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
1 small pear, thinly sliced
1 -2 cup arugula leaf
Directions:
1. Melt 1 teas (or more) butter in large skillet over medium heat.
2. Rub two bread slices around the skillet to coat one side with melted butter, then flip bread to toast the dry side for about 1 minute.
3. Flip bread buttered-side down again and top one piece with half the cheese, pear and arugula; top with the other bread slice, butter-side up.
4. Grill until golden brown, about 1 minuted per side.
