Grilled Cheese with Olivada |

Ingredients:
2 slices white or egg bread ( challah) |
green or black olivada |
small amount of mayonnaise |
swiss cheese |
thin slices of ripe tomato |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Spread each slice of bread with olivada, and a little bit of mayonnaise. Sandwich a slice or two of cheese in between the bread, with or without a slice of tomato. 2. Saute or grill sandwich on each side until cheese has melted. |
