Grilled Cheese With a Twist!

I learned to make this in culinary class when I was in high school, and it is my favorite way to make a grilled cheese! I don't have the exact measurements, but its one of those recipes where you can easily adjust the measurements to your liking without ruining the recipe. I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 slices bread, buttered with
butter, on one side
handful of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 of an onion, diced
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and onion together.
2. Then spread it over a slice of bread, put the other slice of bread on top (buttered sides facing out), and grill it to your liking, or when the cheese melts. Enjoy!
