Grilled Cheese on wheat bread
Ingredients:
2 slices wheat bread
2 slices american cheese
1 tbsp oleo
Directions:
1. Butter one side of a slice of bread, place buttered side down on hot skillet or frying pan.
2. Place the two slices of cheese on the bread in the skillet.
3. Butter the second slice of bread on one side and place butter side up on top of the cheese.
4. Cook until browned to liking, and then flip and do the same to the second side and the cheese is melted.
5. Cut into halves or quarters.
