1/4 cup fresh orange juice |
1 tsp orange peel |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tbsp lime juice |
1 tsp ginger root, minced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce |
1/2 tsp fresh oregano, minced |
16 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved, cooked per recipe, net from 1 1/2 lb fresh |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refriegerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours. 2. Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains. |
