This is how my husband cooked several heads of cabbage for the Christmas party for our businesses. It is delicious! Cooking time is a guesstimate! Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, cored |
1/2 cup butter |
6 slices bacon |
Directions:
1. Core the cabbage and leave whole. 2. Put the stick of butter into the hole. 3. Lay the 6 slices of bacon over the top of the cabbage. 4. Wrap the cabbage in foil. 5. Cook on the grill/smoker until it is soft. 6. Unwrap and place on a platter or in a bowl. 7. Slice it into bite sized pieces. 8. Enjoy! |
