Potatoes on the barbecue grill made with ingredients for Buffalo wings. These are awesome! Ingredients:
1/3 cup melted butter |
1 teaspoon cider vinegar |
3 teaspoons red pepper sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 russet potatoes, unpeeled |
Directions:
1. Preheat barbecue grill. 2. Mix butter, vinegar, pepper sauce, and salt in shallow dish. 3. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 wedges. Pat dry with paper towels. 4. Dip potato wedges into butter mixture and reserve any remaining butter mixture for basting. 5. Cover and grill potatoes over medium heat 25 to 35 minutes, brushing occasionally with butter mixture and turning once or twice until tender. 6. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired. |
