Easy to make, but spicy! I use a low calorie tortilla like La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Large Tortilla Shells Ingredients:
1 large tortilla |
4 oz chicken breast |
1 leaf romaine lettuce |
1 tbsp ranch dressing |
1 oz fat free american single |
28 g franks red hot buffalo wing sauce |
Directions:
1. Grill chicken and cut into cubes or slices. 2. Place ingredients into tortilla shell. 3. Wrap and enjoy. |
