Grilled Blue Cheese and Herb Bread on the BBQ |

Simple dressing up of a loaf of French bread. Wrap it all up in foil and toss it on the grill. From Grill and Barbecue. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
2 teaspoons onions, minced |
1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed |
1 teaspoon basil, crushed |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
1 loaf french bread |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except bread. 2. Blend well. 3. Slice bread diagonally, about 3/4 apart without cutting through the bottom of the crust. 4. Spread the cheese mixture between the slice and on top of the bread. 5. Wrap the loaf in a sheet of heavy-duty foil and grill about 15 minutes or until heated through, turning occasionally. |
