1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks (about 3/4 inch thick) |
cooking spray |
horseradish-walnut sauce |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; rub herb mixture over steaks. Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with Horseradish-Walnut Sauce. |
