The dish has a thai spicy flavour with a western twist,perfectly for a house party ...you will love it !!!! Ingredients:
1. sliced beef ( grain or grass fed 20-30 grams) |
2. grass noodle, 1 small pack |
3. lime 3pcs |
4. basil |
5. baby tomato |
6. fresh thai chillies |
7. shallot |
8. fish sauce |
Directions:
1. Marinated Beef for half an hour with salt peper onions. Grilled it medium or rare depends on how you like it. 2. Boil Grass Noodle 3-4 mins 3. Chop shallots, fresh chillies 4. Sliced the grill beef bring in the boil noodle mix in with fresh chop chillies and shallots , squeeze with limes then add some fish sauce mixed it well and decorated with basil for the fisnish. |
