Ingredients:
1. sliced beef ( grain or grass fed 20-30 grams)
2. grass noodle, 1 small pack
3. lime 3pcs
4. basil
5. baby tomato
6. fresh thai chillies
7. shallot
8. fish sauce
Directions:
1. Marinated Beef for half an hour with salt peper onions. Grilled it medium or rare depends on how you like it.
2. Boil Grass Noodle 3-4 mins
3. Chop shallots, fresh chillies
4. Sliced the grill beef bring in the boil noodle mix in with fresh chop chillies and shallots , squeeze with limes then add some fish sauce mixed it well and decorated with basil for the fisnish.
