Grilled Beef Filet Mignon |

This easy grilled recipe takes little preparation and alot cheaper than you can find in any restaurant. The beer/worchestire sauce makes the difference. Ingredients:
4 -5 ounces filet of beef |
4 slices bacon |
6 ounces beer, of choice |
worcestershire sauce |
garlic powder |
seasoning salt |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Wrap filets with bacon. 2. Preaheat grill to 350 degrees. 3. Season with dry ingredients on both sides. 4. Mix beer and 1/3 cup worchstire sauce. 5. Add 1 tablespoons of each dry ingredient to beer sauce. 6. Put steaks on grill approximately 7 minutes or desired doneness. 7. Pour beer mixture over steak throughout cooking. |
