This takes a well known fruit and puts a twist to it Ingredients:
4 firm, but ripe, bananas |
cinnamon-sugar |
ice cream |
Directions:
1. 1. Heat grill to medium, letting the coals burn until they are covered with a gray ash and are medium hot. 2. 2. Place the bananas on the grill directly over the heat. 3. 3- Cover and grill the bananas until lightly browned. (About 3 minutes) 4. 4-Turn and continue grilling until tender and bananas have pulled away from their skins. (About 2 to 3 minutes more) 5. 5- Remove the peel and drizzle each banana with some cinnamon-sugar mixture. 6. If you really want to go all out serve with ice cream |
