A great alternative to a burger on the grill for those who choose not to eat meat Ingredients:
2/3 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped |
1/3 tsp kosher salt |
1/3 tsp pepper |
4 portabello mushrooms, washed and gills removed |
Directions:
1. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl 2. Whisk until well blended 3. Put mushrooms and marinade in plastic zip bag 4. Let marinate for 2 hours to up to overnight 5. Grill |
