Grilled Avocados With Baby Shrimp Meat |

Nicely Charcoal BBQ'ed Avocado. When I tailgate at the 49er games, this is one of Jamie Williams FAVORITE that i make for him! Of course hes not playing anymore, but does a gig on the BONE 107.7 Ingredients:
4 large avocado's |
1 lb. shrimp meat |
roma tomatoes |
thousand island dressing |
Directions:
1. Cut avocados in half and skin them 2. Drizzle oil over them or use Pam 3. Grill on charcoal BBQer 4-6 minutes a side 4. Turn over and cook another 4-6 minutes, should have formed a light skin on them 5. remove from grill, add shrimp meat, tomatoes and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing |
