Grilled Asparagus With Sesame Ginger and Soy |

Another easy to make but very flavourful recipe. Ingredients:
1 cm ginger, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
1/2 red chile, deseeded and chopped |
1 tablespoon water |
1 kg asparagus, trimmed |
1 tablespoon peanut oil |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat BBQ or chargrill. 2. Combine water, ginger, lime juice and chilli, stir well set aside. 3. Toss asparagus in oil and grill until charred on all sides. 4. Mix with garlic and sesame seeds. 5. Add soy and reserved ginger mixture. Serve. |
