Grilled Asparagus With Balsamic Vinegar |

My daughter and I love asparagus! Luckily,we're the only ones in our family that does so we don't have to share. This one is low fat and low calorie so there is no guilt. ;) Ingredients:
1 lb thin asparagus spear |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
cooking spray |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus; place in a bowl or shallow dish. 2. Drizzle asparagus with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing well to coat. 3. Place asparagus on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 2 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender. 4. Place asparagus in a bowl; drizzle with vinegar. 5. Serve immediately. |
