Grilled Asparagus And Mushrooms With Parmesan |

An easy, flavorful, quick side when you're grilling. This is supposed to serve 4 asparagus lovers NOT apsaragus addicts! Adjust accordingly Ingredients:
1 lb of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 – 2 1/2” pieces |
1 (8 oz) pkg of button mushrooms, sliced |
4 tbl evoo |
salt and pepper |
or |
1/4 cup zesty italian dressing |
1/4 c parmesan, shredded (or more to taste) |
Directions:
1. Marinate asparagus and mushrooms in EVOO and salt and pepper 2. or marinate in Dressing in a freezer bag for a minimum of 20 minutes 3. Turn occasionally to coat evenly 4. Spray and heat grill basket on grill 5. Stir fry mushrooms and asparagus until crisp tender 6. When done, remove to serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan |
