Grilled Asian Style Broccoli |

This is my favorite way to eat broccoli. I make this on the grill but I'm sure it would be just as good in the oven. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 teaspoon granulated sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
2 tablespoons light soy sauce |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring until smooth; set aside. 2. Place broccoli in a 13X9 pan greased with cooking spray. 3. Pour liquid mixture over broccoli. 4. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. |
