Cooked on the George Foreman Grill. Recipe by Relish Chef Steve Petusevsky. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon ginger, grated |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder |
2 -3 apples, cored & cut into rings |
Directions:
1. Mix together marinade of all but apples. Grill apples 10 minutes, basting with marinade. |
