Greg's Creamy Linguine With Chicken and Tarragon |

My friend Greg went to culinary school with me. This is a recipe he gave me Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast |
1 tablespoon oil |
1/4 cup chopped fresh tarragon |
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 lb linguine |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. 2. season with salt and pepper and brown in oil. drain off fat. 3. add tarragon, sour cream and milk and simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Boil linguine in salted water til al dente. 5. Add chicken over noodles. |
