15 oz can(s) cannellini or navy beans |
1 cup(s) cooked rice |
hot sauce (optional) |
3 cup(s) kale |
1 cup(s) onion |
14.5 oz can(s) roasted garlic chicken broth |
salt & pepper to taste |
3 slice(s) turkey bacon |
2-1/4 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crunchy, cut cross-wise. 2. Add kale and remainder of ingredients. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes. 3. Yield: 3 servings |
