Ingredients:
1/2 medium cucumber |
8 fluid ounces sour cream |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt substitute |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, removing the seeds, and then cut the cucumber into pieces. 2. Add to a blender container that contains all of the rest of the ingredients and blend until the cucumber is finely chopped. 3. (When necessary, stop the blender and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides.) Store covered in the refrigerator. |
