All natural fall garden product. Ingredients:
6 cups green tomatoes |
11 ripe jalapenos |
1 giant serrano |
2 medium purple onions |
1/2 t pequen dust |
salt to taste |
2t minced garlic |
2t comino |
2t chili powder |
1t crushed red pepper |
pinch of dill |
4t red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. grill those onions and garlic until just barely black 2. roast the tomatoes in a skillet with olive oil whole 3. now process everything with all dry seasoning until desired consistancy.. |
