From the cookbook, Gator Tales . Ingredients:
4 cups peeled diced small green tomatoes |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
5 teaspoons flour |
2 tablespoons melted margarine |
1 pastry for double-crust pie |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients and pour into crust, top with melted butter. 2. Put top crust on top and bake 1 hour at 350°F. |
