I received this recipe years ago from a friend. I have made it for the last 20 yrs Ingredients:
5 cups green tomatoes, cut into small pieces |
4 cups sugar |
1 (6 ounce) package gelatin (any flavor) |
Directions:
1. boil tomatoes and sugar together for 15 minutes. 2. Remove from heat, puree in a blender. 3. Add jello and stir well. 4. Put into blender and blend well. 5. Pour into jars and seal. |
