Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 3/4 cups brown sugar |
1 cup buttermilk |
3/4 cup margarine, softened |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup pureed green tomato |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. 2. Add buttermilk, margarine, eggs, vanilla and tomatoes. 3. Beat at medium speed until well blended. 4. Fold in chips and nuts. 5. Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until pick comes out clean. |
