Start your day with a burst of antioxidants in this uplifting green tea-fruit smoothie. In spite of C- grade, it is low calorie (98!), sodium, cholesterol, sat-fat; heart and weight healthy. Use any mix of frozen fruit. Adapted from Ingredients:
2 cups peaches, melon, and grapes, frozen unsweetened |
3/4 cup tea, green hot brewed |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine fruit, tea, honey and lemon juice in a blender; blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately. |
