If you like the taste and the bitterness of green tea, please don't be afraid to add the whole 1/4 cup or even more! The dough will turn green, not too sweet, yum! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (softened) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed) |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt (or less) |
3/4 teaspoon baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 cup green tea powder (matcha powder) |
1/4 cup white chocolate chips |
1/4 cup chocolate chips |
1/3 cup macadamia nuts (chopped) |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350°F. 2. Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla together. 3. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together. 4. Mix dry and wet ingredients. 5. Mix in chips and nuts. 6. Shape into a golf ball and place dough on ungreased cookie sheet. 7. Bake for 10 minutes. |
