This is an adopted recipe I plan on trying soon. If you try it before I do please give me feedback! I understand it is a Japanese recipe. Ingredients:
1000 g flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon yeast |
1 teaspoon sugar |
240 g water |
3 teaspoons green tea powder (macha powder) |
Directions:
1. Sift together flower and baking powder. 2. Stir in water. 3. Knead 10 times and divide into 25 balls. 4. Steam for 20 min until tender. |
