Basic green smoothie with half an apple and brewers yeast. Ingredients:
400 ml water |
3/5 cup cucumber |
2/5 cup celery |
1 cup kale |
1/2 apple |
1 tbsp parsley |
1 3/10 tsp brewer's yeast |
Directions:
1. Blend with mixer, filter, drink. |
