Really nice and clean. Cilantro/Mint Chutney 2:1 all the way to 1:2 ratio. Some people add a tablespoon to 1/3 cup plain yogurt. Some people add a bit of white vinegar. Ingredients:
3 jalapenos, cleaned |
1 onion, quartered |
1 bunch cilantro |
ginger, peeled (to taste) |
coconut, fresh best (to taste) |
1 lemon |
garlic, minced (optional to taste) |
1 bunch parsley (optional) |
mint (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend in food processor. |
