1/2 cup raspberry vinegar |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup olive oil |
4 -5 cups mixed greens, torn |
1/2 pint fresh raspberry |
1 medium green onion, sliced |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Dressing:. 2. Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl; mix well. 3. Salad:. 4. Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl; gently toss with dressing. |
