Healthy green salad. Ingredients:
1 head butter lettuce or 1 head red leaf lettuce |
1 cup arugula, coarsley chopped (optional) |
3 tablespoons coconut oil |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon hunza salt |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash and dry lettuce and break into bite size peices. 2. Combine the lettuce together in a bowl. 3. Add oil, and toss well. 4. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. 5. Toss gently. |
