NICE SIDE DISH FOR ANY MEAL Ingredients:
1 ( 10 ounce ) package frozen chopped broccoli |
2 cups cooked rice |
1 ( 10 3/4 -ounce can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup ( 1 stick ) of butter at room temperture |
1 -8 ounce jar of cheeze whiz |
Directions:
1. COOK THE BROCCOLI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS; DRAIN WELL 2. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE THE BROCCOLI, RICE, SOUP, AND BUTTER. 3. RESERVING A SMALL AMOUNT CHEESE WHIZ FOR THE TOP OF THE CASSEROLE....... 4. ADD THE CHEESE WHIZ, STIR UNTIL THE BUTTER AND CHEESE WHIZ ARE BLENDED. 5. TRANSFER TO A GREASED CASSERLE PAN AND TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE WHIZ 6. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE TOP STARTS TO BUBBLE. |
