Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) chopped green peppers
1-14oz can(s) coconut milk
1 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) whole milk
1 cup(s) wild rice
Directions:
1. Bring rice, milk, coconut milk, salt, and crushed peppers to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 30 minutes. Add green peppers with 5 minutes remaining. You're welcome!!
