Green Pepper Butter

This butter adds loads of flavor to a number of foods, ESPECIALLY corn on the cob!
Ingredients:
1 minced roasted green pepper (preparation details as follows)
1/2 lb butter, softened
1 minced garlic clove
1 pinch cayenne pepper
salt
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients, and serve!
2. Should be kept in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
3. ROASTED GREEN PEPPER:.
4. Broil pepper until outer skin is wrinkled and charred.
5. Keep turning in oven until finished.
6. Remove and place in a covered bowl.
7. When cool peel off skins, take out stems, and remove seeds.
8. Mince pepper and add to other ingredients.
