Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons grated onion |
2 garlic cloves, pressed |
1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 (10-ounce) package frozen sweet green peas |
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Stir in peas and remaining ingredients; cover and cook 4 minutes. Stir and cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
