Green Peas and Coriander

For an Indian curry meal.
Ingredients:
2 ounces desiccated coconut
2 ounces chopped fresh coriander
1 fresh green chili, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds, coarsely ground
1 pinch black pepper
2 packets freeze-dried peas
4 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix coconut, coriander, chilli, salt, sugar, sesame seeds& pepper.
2. Boil peas till tender and drain.
3. Melt butter.
4. Add peas, then coconut mix.
5. Stand for 2 minutes.
