For an Indian curry meal. Ingredients:
2 ounces desiccated coconut |
2 ounces chopped fresh coriander |
1 fresh green chili, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons sugar |
3 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds, coarsely ground |
1 pinch black pepper |
2 packets freeze-dried peas |
4 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix coconut, coriander, chilli, salt, sugar, sesame seeds& pepper. 2. Boil peas till tender and drain. 3. Melt butter. 4. Add peas, then coconut mix. 5. Stand for 2 minutes. |
