Has the texture of hummus but an unexpected sweet, spicy flavor; I was thinking about wasabi peas and how I've never seen that flavor combination anywhere but the snack itself, so here it is in a new form. Ingredients:
2 cups frozen peas (thawed) |
1/3 cup pistachios (shelled) |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon horseradish powder |
1 garlic clove |
salt (optional) |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together except for peas. 2. add peas and stir. 3. puree until smooth. 4. refrigerate. |
