Ingredients:
1 onion, diced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 cups green peas |
1 teaspoon fresh oregano |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth |
Directions:
1. Pour oil in pan. Saute onion. 2. Add the garlic and saute. 3. Add everything else. 4. Cook until peas become soft. 5. Let the mixture cool. 6. Once cooled use handmixer to blend. |
