2 - #202 (large) cans green peas; drained. |
7 - green onions; chopped. |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. |
4 to 5 eggs; hard boiled & chopped coursely. (see my recipe for perfect boiled eggs every time). |
1/4 cup mayonnaise. |
salt & pepper to taste. |
paprika for garnish. |
Directions:
1. Mix: All ingredients together careful not to over mix. 2. Sprinkle with Paprika. 3. Serve cold. |
