Potatoes with a hint of onion and garlic. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
3 potatoes, peeled,cut in half and sliced |
1 teaspoon butter |
1 clove garlic, smashed and chopped |
2 green onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1 dash paprika |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large frying pan. 2. When hot, add potatoes, cover and cook 6 to 7 minutes; stir twice during cooking. 3. Season well and add butter. 4. When melted, stir in garlic, onions and remaining ingredients. 5. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, uncovered, over medium heat. 6. Serve immediately. |
