1 cup rice flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup coconut milk |
1/2 cup water |
6 eggs, beaten |
2 green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place rice flour, salt, coconut milk, water and eggs in a bowl. 2. Whisk till smooth. 3. Stir through green onion. 4. Heat a lightly greased fry pan. 5. Pour 1/2 cup batter into pan. 6. Tilt to cover base. 7. Cook 1 - 2 minutes each side till golden. 8. Set aside and keep warm. |
