I found this while looking through some raw foods recipes. It sounds like a great addition to a salad or a good dip for veggies. Ingredients:
3 green onions |
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/3 cup honey |
1 jalapeno pepper, diced |
pepper, to taste |
salt, to taste |
cilantro (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 2. Store in an airtight container. Shake well before using. |
