From the Chicago Tribune: Use this richly flavored dressing for cold roast beef and pork sandwiches. You can substitute regular horseradish if you can't find any with beets. Ingredients:
1/3 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons refrigerated horseradish with beets |
3 green onions, finely chopped |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. |
