Ingredients:
9 cloves garlic, minced |
1 anchovy, minced |
1 pinch allspice |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard |
1/4 cup kalamata olive, chopped |
1/3 cup california black olives, chopped |
1/2 cup green olives, chopped |
1 teaspoon capers |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup italian parsley |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Better done by hand without a food processor. |
