Addicting, salty olive goodness in a dip! Ingredients:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (room temp) |
1 cloves of garlic (finely grated) |
25 small green olives with pimento (manzanilla) |
1/2 tbs juice from olive jar |
Directions:
1. Chop olives into small rings. 2. Finely grate or paste garlic. 3. Add both to cream cheese with olive juice. 4. Stir to combine and serve with crackers or crostini. |
