Great finger food for any event. Ingredients:
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese |
1/4 lb butter |
48 pimiento green olives- drained, patted dry |
1 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Put cheese and butter in food processor – blend until smooth. 3. Add flour and mix well. 4. Roll out to1/4-inch thickness. 5. Cut dough in 2 inch squares. 6. Wrap each square around olive – sealing seams. 7. Bake for 10-15 minutes. |
